I recently completed the interview process for a Senior Java Developer position. The HR team was very organized and transparent throughout. The technical rounds were focused on real-life backend architecture, Java fundamentals, microservices, and problem-solving skills. Interviewers were friendly and gave enough time to think before answering. They also discussed project expectations and growth opportunities clearly.
The HR round was more about understanding my aspirations, notice period, and salary expectations. Overall, a very good experience with great communication from the company.
