During the initial interview, the main emphasis was on their proposed two-month training program and subsequent assignment of projects based on a customized profile they would create for me on LinkedIn. Throughout the interview, significant attention was given to the consequences and penalties associated with resigning from the position.

It was okay. Streamlined and flexible, but definitely a bit suspicious in a few areas - especially the contract that demands you pay back training if you leave within two years.
