After applying through the career site of Informatica, I got a call from HR that my resume had been shortlisted for their requirements. I attended a video interview, which consisted of behavioral questions and professional background information. HR was happy and forwarded my resume to higher management. Round 1 consisted of a video interview was a QA technical round. The interviewer asked basic questions and gave a scenario exercise, for which I answered all the questions. The unprofessionalism of the interviewer was clearly reflected in the whole process, as the interviewer did not go through my resume before the call. The interviwer was blowing its own trumpet for being the very first member of the team and nagging about HR filteration of my profile. At the end of the process, the interviewer's last words were, "Though you have answered all the questions, I think you will not get through the managerial round." Overall, I have never faced such a horrible interview in my entire career. The interviewer was rude, unethical, and gave off negative vibes.
