Applied through employee referral, got a unscheduled phone call from a recruiter (a resume screening, lasted for 30 minutes). Within a day a technical phone interview was scheduled, a coding screen was shared. Didn't expect so much technical for a testing role. The technical interviewer was very hard to understand, could have explained his questions properly, I wasted a lot of time in understanding what he was trying to ask.
