The hiring process consisted of the following stages:
1. Telephone interview
2. Psychometric test.
3. Face to face interview.
4. Recommendations from previous employers
5. Background check.
When I met my future manager I knew right away that she has taken time to read my CV in full and to understand my experience. She has only asked very relevant and specific questions about the areas that were not described in my CV.
