I have attended the process in my college. First they shortlisted 60 members from 200 members by group discussion and then it was reduced to 30 by conducting written test.After that they conducted technical interview and after hr interview .

it was great and cool interview but excepted a more, with offering very less pay. but we have practice a lot and attended the interview next time other wise it's difficult
