1st stage - initial call with the hiring manager.
2nd stage - is a more in-depth deep-dive into the role and your CV.
3rd stage - meet who you're replacing.
4th stage - meet the CEO.
Felt rushed and lacked structure. I got the feeling they didn't really know what to ask me. I met the CEO who asked very basic questions, i.e. where did I grow up and go to school.
