The interview process consisted of 4 rounds and was completed within about 1–2 weeks.
Round 1 – HR Screening:
Basic discussion about my background, current role, technologies, notice period, and salary expectations.
Round 2 – Technical Interview:
Focused on programming concepts, data structures, REST APIs, SQL queries, and coding questions. I was asked to explain OOP concepts and write a simple program such as reversing a string (e.g., "hello" → "olleh").
Round 3 – Techno-Managerial Round:
Discussion about my previous projects, backend architecture, problem-solving approach, and scenario-based questions related to API performance and debugging.
Round 4 – HR Round:
Final discussion about salary, work location, and cultural fit.
Overall, the interviewers were friendly and the questions were mainly based on core programming concepts and project experience.
