      J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Infogain (Noida) en juil. 2017

      Entretien

      I was called up by 5 multiple consultancies and was told that there is a very urgent requirement. When I went for the interview there were already more than 100 people present. First round was online test and second was technical face to face, 3rd was managerial and 4th was HR. I was told by HR that they will contact me about in a day or 2. They did and told I was selected and asked for all the documents even before talking about salary negotiations. I sent all the documents and still didn't get any offer letter after multiple follow ups. They didn't care to tell there concern's if any. Everytime I called up they assured me of getting the mail in a day or two. What I understand is they were talking with people who had less CTC so they can hire labourers not Engineers. Very unprofessional and the company is famous for their hire and fire policy. Please don't join.

In order to satisfy the requirements of our prestigious clients we have never compromised on the quality of candidates being hired and this can sometimes lead to delays in the process.       The interview process started with an initial HR screening call, where basic details about experience, role expectations, and availability were discussed. After clearing the HR screening, a technical interview was scheduled. The technical round involved coding questions and problem-solving discussion. One of the most uncomfortable interview experiences I’ve had. The interviewer was rude when I asked for a question to be repeated due to audio issues. I was not allowed to clarify requirements, was blamed for tool usage decisions, and was wrongly accused of looking at another screen. This behavior was demotivating and unprofessional. Interviews should evaluate skills, not intimidate candidates.

He was not able to convey the Questions .... Technical was simple but they rejected me

      Entretien

      Interview process was very slow. I have cleared two technical rounds of interview in 2 weeks and after taking so much follow ups recruiter says "We will schedule your PM round"...And the process stopped here. They have not called me back.
