I first received a phone screening where I spoke with the recruiter and was asked questions about my background. The next stage involved a one hours interview with the manager I would be working with throughout the internship duration. Following that I went through an additional interview with another higher up that position would be involved with. Throughout the process the recruiter was continually providing guidance and support through check ins and answering any questions I had.
