Me contactó el reclutador, muy amable a los dos días. Me preguntó sobre mi experiencia y la semana siguiente una chica de reclutamiento me contactó para agendar una entrevista con el manager de reclutamiento. --- Me uní a la entrevista pero nadie más se presentó. Me dejaron plantado. Le notifiqué a la chica y al reclutador inicial. La chica me reagendó para el día siguiente, el reclutador no me respondió. Al día siguiente, de nuevo me dejaron plantado. Me uní a la entrevista y nadie más se unió ni me respondieron por email. Fuí yo y reagendé en el calendario para que no hubiera otro error, y confirmé con la chica de nuevo que la hora fuera correcta. Le envié un segundo email al reclutador con copia al manager y nadie me respondió, me uní de nuevo y otra vez me dejaron plantado. Me uní a la entrevista, nadie más se unió, nunca hubo respuesta o comunicación al respecto.

Hr gives 1month for preparation. Already I attended interview on jan 2021. I was interviewed by male recruiter. I answered 80% percent of the questions. But was not shortlisted. Got a call from hr on march 2021. She said the feedback for the previous interview that I didnt answer any questions so was not shortlisted which is a complete lie which I explained her. Ehe again arranged for interview with another female recruiter. This time also did quite well. But still not selected. But didnt bother to ask the feedback. But waste of time attending interview. Dont know why they are conducting.

personal interview followed by technical panel. Adequate time was provided for preparation. the way they handled is very friendly. HR person (name I will keep it confidential), is very supportive. The interview was conducted over zoom.
