I had a really wonderful call with the recruiter, and then was given a design project to take home. It was an incredibly detailed and comprehensive. I thought I did a good job with it and definitely put in a lot of work. I sent it over, was thanked for it, and then they gave me absolutely no feedback and ghosted me. Crushing, I know this is the way the job market is these days but it made me sad.
