I was applying for a remote position, so I went through a series of interviews with HR, reporting manager, and team members (by phone). Then my final interview was an in-person technical skills assessment and office tour.

Entretien
It was a 3 step process, initial call with HR, met with their analytics team in the 2nd step and talked about my experience. 3rd step was a virtual code-pairing interview, was nerve-wracking but a very interesting & learning experience. All contact I had from Infotrust employees was very positive. HR did a great job of keeping me in the loop and giving me feedback.

My hiring process consisted of three steps: initial informal get-to-know interview, cultural fit/semi-technical interview and technical interview/hands-on presentation as a last step. Each step involved meeting with different team members. For the last step, there was a requirement to write a snippet of code on the given topic and preset during a final interview.
