Several rounds including both technical and non-technical interviews. Interviewers were very cordial. Technical rounds were thorough and the questions were well-designed to assess your critical thinking and reasoning as an engineer. I applied for a frontend role and some questions were tailored to the frontend. Non-technical rounds were very incisive too, as the interviewers were really having a conversation with you rather than just simply asking questions. They knew what they were looking for and how to assess it in the candidate. Throughout the whole process, the in-house recruiter Lefan Chi was very responsive and forthcoming, and terrific to work with. She made me feel at ease as a candidate. I felt I could ask her anything regarding the process. And even when I didn't ask, she was very perceptive, often mentioning something that I had on my mind but hadn't yet voiced. Lefan is the most prodigious recruiter I have ever worked with.
