The interview is done via Google Meet and we can choose when it's held if we get chosen by them. The interviewer is warm and kind. It makes me relaxed during the interview and able to answer their questions smoothly.
Overall was good, for the first interview just introduce our self and our experience, and then we tell daily activities. Next if you pass, there will be a second interview

Apply via online, got an email. They asked you to fill a form. Another email, a basic test on being customer service. Accepted, made an appointment for job interview via video call.
