The interview process was easy and simply, was told that the job was salary plus commission however was never told how high really out of reach it would be for many if you are not making at least 1 sale a day for 30 days, to get full commission to even hit commission you had to get at least 18 sales from cold calling .

The interview process are with mid-level or assistant sales managers which they are often losing their positions (though stay within company) and ask simple probing interview questions. I was hired as soon as I left the building.
