Initial phone call with HR/recruiter. Afterwards was a lengthy behavioral/personality assessment (which had a lot of weird questions on competitiveness) After that was completed I had a video call that lasted probably around 45 minutes. I was ghosted after that. They were prompt at first in responding to me, but they should at least let candidates know if they are not a good fit or go with someone else.
