A recruiter contacted me regarding the position after I submitted my resume online. I applied because I knew I was more than qualified for the job. The problem is that their recruiter is hung up on nuances. It does not appear that they (recruiter) has much technical experience since they are only really looking for buzz words and not something like equal experience. I have done this job at my last 3 positions, one of which was through a M&A so theres no doubt I am qualified. Also they quoted the top end of the salary range as incorrect and came in lower than what the JD listed. This company should work closer with their third party sourcing company as they clearly are not looking for quality candidates.
