Over the phone, very fast process. Asked about my experience, and helped that I have had work experience before. Need to speak great English, for a European company. Doesnt require candidate to speak German. I also had a portfolio at hand, perhaps that helped. The interviewers were very helpful, nice and the process was very fast. I was offered the internship 2 days afterward.

It is an internship position. The interview was done through a calling. The questions mainly about experience you have, what you did and how it matched the job descriptiob and 1-2 behavioral questions.
