When you first go in, there's a two page scenario "test" giving an everyday interaction with a customer just to get your thoughts on how you would go about the certain situations. After that then you just had the standard interview with 2 people. Just wish they would reach out to you even if you didn't get the position, and tell you they went in another direction. There was no follow up from anybody there. Outside of that, the overall experience was good.
