Had a phone screening with a recruiter which went south quickly. She illegally asked my current salary and refused to provide a pay scale. Both actions are illegal in CA. Recruiters should understand the law as well as know what a job entails. Am not remotely impressed.

I received all relevant informations and I felt very welcome in the interview. The timeline was always transparent and clear.
