Entretien
After you submit a general resume, there is an interview with direct questions and general conversation to see if you are a social person. Next, there is a background check and an offer. There is no preliminary training. They pair you with an IPS school that is in need of tutors and that's all.

The questions are very straight forward. They really just want to know if you can work with teenagers, explain science and math principles in detail, and that you are a social person.
