The first round was a phone interview with my direct manager. This was followed by two in person interviews with my direct manager and then my team members (pre-COVID). The first interview was for skillset and knowledge base. The second was a deeper dive into my previous experience, knowledge, and understanding of the tools I would be working with in my new position. Meeting with team members, we discussed collaboration styles and preferences.
