The first interview was a 30-45 minutes phone interview in which questions regarding specific skill set and background were asked. A knowledge of GAAP was required and ideally some experience in the field of accounting was neccessary. A working knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets, Quickbooks and how to initiate an audit was preferred.
