The hiring process was an online test, following it a development test which involved development of a search engine. We had three hours to do so. This involved a detailed description of their search algorithm implementation requirements. They shortlisted 12 people out of 40 based on the output of the program. The next day was the one - to - one interview. The interview was problem solving with writing code. I was asked four questions and to code all of them.
Difficult, asked about data structures and algorithms - and how to deploy specific network algorithms to foster communication between different operating systems across a branched webbed network with interlinked capabilities.

3 rounds and a week long. A coding challenge, you need to solve remotely. After that they call you in for a F2F or phone interview, depending on your location. When you come in, the questions were mostly about the projects you have earlier worked on. Also they touch some alogirthms and data structure problems. Mostly pretty basic stuff. And then if it goes well, you will 'meet' a number of senior people like Directors, VP etc.
I applied through consultancy. If you go through cracking the programming interview book you can clear all the rounds and get through it. They mostly covered the basic data structures and some average coding problems. It is more like a thoughtworks interview but interviewers are a bit more friendly

The problems are mostly from the online coding contests
