I really had very very BAD experience with the Indium HR. My profile got shortlisted and the HR contacted me to schedule the interview process. They scheduled 4 rounds checking with the panel availability which took nearly a month time. The interview process seemingly average. Post the interview process they selected my profile for the Automation Test Engineer position. They rolled out the offer. I declined the offer as the technical options, the designation doesn’t align with my career path and I’m not ok with the salary split as well. After much tough I declined the offer. Post that the HR kept calling. Even after replying the reason they kept calling me. It is really annoying. The HR said I have wasted their time and I had attitude issue. She was very unprofessional and lost her temper. Doesn’t know how to interact with the candidates. I’m very much glad that I didn’t joined the company.
