They have no management at all. I had in total 4 interviews from being a SA. First interview was phone in by hr, second interview was group interview by hr on zoom, third interview was face to face interview by hr, last interview was face to face interview by shop manager. What ridiculous is that they kee asking the same questions for 4 times, what is the point to keep asking the same questions for 4 times repeatedly? And why do we have to meet face to face for 2 times during corona lockdown with all the repeated questions? When you ask questions, The hr and the managers both got different answers. And after 4 interviews, its a NO without any reason, guess they prefer to hire younger people who they can pay cheaper. already see and feel how messy and bad their management is during interview.
