First stage was dropping my CV off at the Inditex recruitment centre and filling a form in about which stores I want to work in and when I'm available. I got a call back 4-5 days later saying I had a group interview at the same place, interview lasted around 1 hour and 30 mins and there were around 15-20 other people, general get to know me questions/activities done as a group and watched some videos about inditex, Then we were put in pairs to get to know each other better, then in pairs we had to show the group what we had learnt about each other. (Don't bother finding out what their favourite colour is or what they do on weekends, ask why they want to work for Inditex and how it can be good for their career.) At the end we were called one by one to ask about which roles and stores we were applying for and when we were available, some people were really fussy saying they wanted to work for Zara only and could only work a few days a week. The room was really quiet and we were all waiting for our turn to be called so you could hear what people were saying clearly. Around an 4 hours after the interview I got a call back saying I was successful in that stage and I had an interview the next day for Bershka. I went to the interview and met a manager, she was very nice and asked general questions about previous retail experience and a few hours later I had a call from Inditex saying I got the job! So basically if you have good availability, you are yourself in all your interviews and you present yourself well its an easy quick process!
