Really unprofessional. I had a phone interview scheduled with an HR rep. and on the day of the interview he kept pushing our call by a few hours. By the time we actually had the call (at 7pm) it had been rescheduled 3 times. I was still really excited about the position, so I was disappointed when the first thing he told me was that he had some colleagues waiting for him to finish so they could all go to dinner. He asked me one question then ended the call. He clearly wasn't interested in doing his job, even for a qualified candidate.

A lengthy process that included several in depth phone interviews, and one full day on site interview. It appeared that there is a strong emphasis on making sure the fit is right for the company and the employee.

I was contacted to schedule a HireVue interview (online recorded responses to set questions). Once I submitted the responses, I was told to expect details on next steps within a week. When I hadn't heard back a week and a half later, I reached out to the two people at the company that I had contact with, and never received a response. I was very disappointed in the interview process for this company. Online, the company promises to always provide feedback on the interview process, however that was not how I was treated.
