My interview was taken mainly by single Senior Software Engineer, though later the boss also arrived. It was a session off calm and pure technical discussion of about 1 hr. They gave me full opportunity to express myself. The discussion was not merely limited to English. Other aspects like communication skills etc. were not reviewed I think. Essentially the discussion was based on my experience in last company and what I am capable and would accept to do here.
