First round is 10 minutes and second round is more in depth and 3rd round is the same day as the second round. fairly easy process. They dont tell you it is a door to door sales position.

This is totally a pyramid scheme. At the second interview they literally give you a chart that’s a pyramid, and it was like they were trying to convince me that this is a legitimate company instead of interviewing me. I barely spoke because they were just talking at me, it was like it was a sales pitch. They kept name dropping AT&T as a client, and talked about their robust client base, but they couldn’t give me a straight answer when I asked what other sectors their other clients are from. As soon as that second interview it all clicked that this was a pyramid scheme, and I felt really silly for not realizing it sooner.
The whole office atmosphere was off and weird too - really creepy, barebones, everyone talking about how the culture there was different and amazing. Very cult-ish.

Simple 3 round interview. The company seems great to work with. The one downside is it turned out to be a door to door sales position with a potential to become a manager.

It was a very nice interview process except you didn't know you would be selling door to door to the end of the second interview. Talk about wasted time and effort.
