Asked a lot of customer-service oriented questions (although none of that would actually be used on the job), had to write out the alphabet (not kidding) along with the expected alpha/numerical questions. Had to prompt to get answer on employment and then couldn't start for a couple more weeks because they only do orientation (which was not useful at all) a couple of times a month.
