The interview process was very straightforward and professional. It was conducted over Zoom in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. The process consisted of the standard review of experience followed by a series of questions related to the position and previous experience. There was also time for me to ask my own questions toward the end. Clear expectations and timeline for the decision were laid out, and communication from application to interview to decision was solid.
