First, a job fair is host for anyone about once a month. People can know the employer, their daily responsibility and hiring positions. Then managers of each departments will introduce themself, and then reiterate the positions needed new staff. After the job fair, people submit the application form. They can also have an opportunity to talk to the manager, or just waiting for further information through emails.
