Entretien
The interview process was straightforward. Common interview questions were asked about why Indoana University Indianapolis, course/assessment design, teaching philosophy, AI in the classroom, etc. The interviewers were very courteous and respectful. They also clearly answered all the questions that I had.
I was first contacted through email to schedule a Zoom call. The position was a visiting faculty. The interview was 30 minutes long with two faculty members. They asked me about my teaching and research experiences and my teaching evaluations. They asked me about why I am interested in the position. After a few days, they contacted me and made me an offer.
I had an interview over zoom with the search committee, with five to ten questions. It lasted about 30 minutes, and it felt like a very comfortable and easy-going conversation.
