I applied online and was scheduled for the Phone interview within one week. After the Phone Interview, I was called for an in-person Interview with a panel of 5 people. I was questioned on all the projects in my previous and present job. I also described all my academic projects to them they took notes and questioned about various aspects of the projects. They said they would inform me the following week its been 2 complete weeks after the interview and I haven't heard back.So I am guessing I wasn't selected.
