15 min interview was held. Basic questions were asked. Interview was friendly. Shortlisting was done on cgpa basis. They offer snacks and refreshments. Dont take them. 30 boys were selected to give the interview based on the CGPA. They take only on the basis of CGPA and interview is only for show.

Entretien
After getting shortlisted through gate, we were asked to arrive at IOCL Centre. Document verification began and simultaneously we were divided into two groups. one group was sent to Group discussion and Group Task room and the other group members were asked to be ready for interviews. So I was from group 2 and I had my GD & GT in the morning and my interview was in the afternoon.

Question 1
The interview questions were simple. your interview will happen based on what you've mentioned in your introduction. During my interview in the first few minutes unknowingly I mentioned about workshop and most of my interview went in that direction. They asked me to explain about casting process, different machinery in workshop. Few questions were from strength of materials basic definitions.
