I applied online on company's website and got a call very next day and scheduled interview on next day. I did interview with Head of Mobile UI division. It was a nice interaction of questions and answers, got little nervous at some questions but at the end everything went smoother. I was told that if you are selected then you will get a call in couple of days and within 2 days I got a call and I got selected! :)
