Simple and easy just check ur leadership people management skill.
Should have strong hold on Data driven business Acumen.
Also you should be confident, on you previous job roles, responsibilities and kRas you drive throughout
First they shortlisted my cv. And before the day of the interview they called me and informed that you are shortlisted and will have an interview tomorrow. Personal interview is all about my cv and learnings and company. Next day in HR interview
