The most corrupted job interview i have ever faced. today there was an interview and the HR didn't allow Us to talk even in Self introduction. interacted with those who had course on aviation. why do indigo put adds saying freshers? just show off? they didn't even allow to speak. if it was set from inside or needed a reference then they should mention that in adds. please don't post any jobs if Indigo is not actually recruiting. today's interview was a superficiality showoff and everyone smelled the fish under the veggies. they just asked for the name,that's all
. is this an interview??? ans Us!!! there was student those had reference... their CV was selected...

The interview round is very good. They are very helpful. They communicate clearly. Don't be nervous while answering. Keep a smile, and confidence in your face. Be positive in front of them.
They regularly keep their recruitment drive, but they rarely give offer. Their offer is entirely based on their mood. However you perform good, it entirely depends on their mood of instance. I once attended the interview, they again mailed me to join the interview which was the same round. But we may think it might be for the next round, but it isnt. They do this mistake often, and they don't value our time. Their interview process is too slow. You may plan for a day, but as they late their process, sometimes you have to sacrifice your plans for the next day too.

Waste of time. Lack of communication. Very lengthy. Had to go very far to give interview.
Very impatient panel and also were rude.
Requires more clarity in info while inviting for interviews.
Just have to know about company and be confident
