The first interview is a group interview. You will take a logic test. Practice basic math and reading skills. The interview will be with the manager of the team you will be put on. Usually that is done right after the test if you pass, or scheduled. You might have to interview with the hiring manager. She likes to talk about herself. She doesn't know how to interview so that should be a cake walk.
