3 rounds Round 1 - Assignment on project management followed by interview Round 2 - Another interview with senior folk Round 3 - Casual HR round. Clearing round 2 means you’ll receive an offer

The intreview was good, the hiring manager was good, the interview was nice, qestions were a lot and based on real life experience. After the interview, I got a mail "Congraluations, for clearing the first round" but after that no communication even after multiple followups. No idea what happened
