I went for direct walkin.First round is system test where you were asked to design a static web page with responsiveness within 2-3 hours.After that there would be technical discussion and HR I guess. If you don't clear this then there will be no information of rejection.

company is good,worst hr depatment,they have no intrest to conduct intrw n all.they gave 1 assignment after finishing the test no one is there for evalution.waste of 1 day.

Entretien
Process takes full 1 day and starts with
1. System Round :(1 - 1and half hour)
Web Designer:
will be asked to design a web page(static Design).
navigation on top, then banner with text in center(play with relative and absolute property), next segment contains 3 blocks() with basic content (ul, li, p ), then the footer
Senior Web Designer:
Responsive Design (ipad application 1024x768)
if this goes well(full development), 70% percentage chances are there to clear the interview
2. Technical Person : Technical Person may ask about basic HTML, CSS, jQuery Question
3. Managerial Round: Situation will be given to you, you need to tell what you will be doing to come out from it.
4. Psychology : Objective Question
5. HR: Salary and what you expect from the company
