J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Indegene (Barcelone) en mai 2026

      Entretien

The process consisted of 3 stages: first - screening call with the recruiter second - a call with my manager to-be and two teammates third - technical call with the client (pharma industry company sucursal in Spain). I would say that the whole sequence of the interviews and each of the interviews itself were very well organized, communicated and meritoric. However, the process itself was a bit shady. Even on the second interview it was still a secret who is the client that I would potentially work for. So the third call with the client was a surprise until the last moment. Also there was a big push on my notice period, constant asking if I can make it quicker. Taking into account that summer is coming and Indegene is the one who reached out to me, nobody ever asked me if I have any upcoming summer holidays. I finally received the offer, where my salary and days off were great. However, it wasn´t stated how many times I would have to travel to the client´s office in Barcelona or if the 'horario' is flexible. We actually never talked about these things and I never had the chance to ask since the last interview was a technical one. When received the offer I was on a business trip so I asked how many days do I have to revise it carefully and sign. I was told that ASAP on the same day would be the best. Then I asked if they could give me at least 48h, and there was no response. That was Monday. On Wednesday morning, as I woke up and checked my email, the offer had been revoked and I also received an email from the recruiter that they couldn´t proceed with my due to internal business decisions. Seriously? You revoke an offer that you just put on someone else´s table and you chose that person after spending hours on the interviews? I have the feeling that you´re just a number before even being hired, and they don´t really care, if not you then another. I´d also like to add that between the different stages of the interviewing process, the recruiter was very active, writing to me on linkedin, whatsapp and even calling whenever it took me more than 1h to respond for an email or accept meeting invitation. Very insistive. On the other side, when my offer got revoked, I tried to reach out to him through the same vays to ask for more details and feedback. Guess what, he never responded. Very shady.

      Question 1

What do you know about Veeva Vault PromoMats and the MLR workflows? If the Creative Agency was pushing on approving the content and the Librarians had their limitation how would you tackle it? What would you prioritize and how would you resolve such bottleneck?
