Entretien
A firest telephone interviews with the internal recruiter, much focused on your profile and where you are in your carreer, plus presenting the position. It was followed by a video conference with a senior manager / director during which the discussion turned around strategy and problem solving. Thereafter, there were three in-site interviews on the same day (one live and two video conferences) in the local office. The interviews treated questions both to test strategic transferrable skills as well as motivation. All interviews were very pleasant and interesting. The actual interview process, managed from Dublin, is incredibly professional and supportive. The intial recuiter coaches you throughout the full process. Impressive!

Entretien
I received an email from a recruiter to take part in the recruitment process. The day of the interview I sent him an email to follow up. He reconfirmed the interview that afternoon but at the time of the interview “No showed”. No rescheduled, no apologies, nothing. After reading more reviews other candidates are questioning if it is a robot, as it is apparently a trend. Very unprofessional way of treating candidates, and funny way to contribute to the mission of the company of “helping people to get a job”
