I was contacted via email by a Recruiter and he promptly setup a phone interview. The phone interview was short and to the point.
An in-person interview was then scheduled with the manager I would be reporting to, should I receive a job offer. This interview was more in-depth, included an office tour, and a detailed summary of what my responsibilities would be.
Finally, there was a mock demo scheduled at a later date with a senior manager. The whole process took 3 weeks, and the recruiter guided me through the entire process, making me feel confident.
