J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Indeed (Dublin, Dublin) en janv. 2017
Entretien
Had a phone screening with the recruiter (basic screening). She was really good at listening and bouncing on my answers. Then I met two managers on site, 15mn background and skills questions and 15mn discovery call role play. Last step was a 20mn call with the director of sales.
The recruiter was very helpful and follow up before and after every step, gave me a clear feedback each time and made the process enjoyable.

it was very generic. interviewed by a non sales person so she didn't really ask many questions that were not written down ahead of time for her. I could tell she was reading them off.
The worst part was that She offered no feedback when she said I wasn't selected to continue on... how can a company that literally helps people find jobs offer no feedback?!?! It's okay cause they pay way to little for a sales job anyways but I enjoy feedback and was not given any, even when I emailed and asked for some. very impersonal.
If that is how the company operates, plus the pay... I am glad I got a better higher paying sales job elsewhere.
