I had two phone interviews and then a Google Hangout interview with three different Sales Managers. Overall the process was pretty smooth. Joel, my recruiter, was great and very helpful. My final interview was a bit choppy due to tech errors. It was hard to have a conversation that flowed with the interviewers due to these errors. I really enjoyed the people I talked to, but they were looking for someone with more experience and closer to their market.
