      Candidature

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Incture Technologies (Mangalore) en janv. 2026

      Entretien

Unprofessional interview process and no closure after multiple positive signals - I interviewed for a Senior Business Analyst role and had to go through multiple rounds, including two in-person interviews at their Mangalore office and a final discussion with senior leadership. I invested significant time, effort, and travel to attend the process. After the rounds, I was informed that the feedback was positive. Based on that, I was asked for previous salary details, which clearly indicated that my application was being actively considered. However, after that point, communication completely stopped. I sent multiple polite follow-ups over the following weeks and also reached out through LinkedIn to the HR contact who had coordinated my interviews. Despite all this, I did not receive even a basic response or closure update. What is disappointing is not rejection. Rejection is part of hiring and completely understandable. What is unacceptable is making a candidate go through several rounds, giving positive indications, collecting compensation details, and then disappearing without the courtesy of a final response. This reflects poorly on the company’s candidate experience and internal communication standards. Candidates invest real time, money, and effort in these processes, and the minimum expected is a clear outcome, even if the decision is negative. Advice to management: Improve candidate communication and ensure every interviewed candidate receives a proper closure update. Respect the time and effort candidates put into your hiring process.
