There were two interviews and an on-going email dialogue with a recruiter. Recruiter was very helpful and sent material about the company. Both interviews were virtual. The first interview was via phone and second interview was a video-call with two supervisors of the department. They asked specific questions about healthcare and customer service, especially about ethics and experience.
